It seems like some people in the community are doing it wrong and getting errors because of it so I decided to post this up for you guys to eliminate any confusion....

1) Insert Disc 1 and install it to your HDD through your Dashboard

2) When Disc 1 is finished copying over, start the game

3) GAME will prompt you to install Disc 2. Once this happens, remove Disc 1 from the tray and put in Disc 2 and wait until its done copying the contents onto your HDD. Once it is finished, remove Disc 2 and put Disc 1 back in.

That's it! Do not make the mistake of many and copy Disc 2 to your HDD through the Dashboard first!!

No Jeff, installing Disc 1 is completely optional BUT I advise it for the simple fact that LOAD TIMES on this game are long and even longer when Disc 1 is not installed.

I don't have disc 1 installed for the same reason Jeff so you will be ok, load times are a bit on the long side but I find it ok.

6.8 for disc 1, 1.9 for disc 2, 450mb for the day 1 dlc, 60mb for LCE dlc so about 9.2 in total so far. Just about managed to get the whole lot on a 20gb drive with enough room for saves, just glad I only just the box for Forza.

Dre, how the hell did you get a 120gb drive for $63?? Cheapest I've found one over here is about £80 :(
